A signal for your dog to perform a specific behavior in exchange for reinforcement. Cues need to be trained and are typically a verbal word or a hand signal.

Cues can also be environmental, like a doorbell triggering your dog to go to their mat, or the sound of an approaching car cueing a heel or sit. Just like verbal and hand signal cues, these still need to be taught through consistent practice.

In the app, hand signal goals are represented with a hand icon, and verbal cue goals are represented with a talking head icon.
